Design and Applications
ASENDADA explores the possibilities of surface design by applying its graphics and patterns to a wide range of mediums — including spaces, walls, interiors, and fashion.
In collaborations with companies and brands, the studio plans and produces original designs tailored to specific concepts and purposes, while also offering and licensing archive designs.

ASENDADAのパターンデザインは、平面を超えて空間へと拡張します。
ASENDADAのパターンデザインと、サトウアサミによるアートワークを軸に、空間をひとつの“感覚”としてデザインしています。
壁面や床面、ファブリックなど、空間に新たな表情を生み出します。
オフィス、ホテル、飲食店などの商業施設では、依頼いただいたデザイナーや建築家の方々と協働しながら、パターンデザインにドローイングやグラフィック、カラー提案を組み合わせ、より洗練された空間表現を実現しています。
素材やスケールを場所の特性に合わせて調整し、唯一無二の環境を生み出します。
Spatial Design and Displays
ASENDADA’s pattern design extends beyond the surface into spatial environments.
Rooted in ASENDADA’s patterns and Asami Sato’s artwork, we design spaces as a unified sensory landscape.
Through walls, floors, and fabrics, patterns bring new expressions to the space.
In offices, hotels, and restaurants, we collaborate with designers and architects to integrate drawings, graphics, and color compositions, creating refined spatial expressions.
Materials and scales are thoughtfully adjusted to the character of each place, shaping environments that are truly one of a kind.

ASENDADAでは、パターンデザインを活かしたパッケージや関連ツールのビジュアルデザインをはじめ、ポスターや冊子などのグラフィック制作を行っています。
自発的に発信するトータルデザインに加え、プロジェクトに関わるデザイナーと協業し、パターンデザインやグラフィックの提案から制作まで幅広く対応しています。
Visual Design for Packaging and Promotional Tools
ASENDADA develops visual designs that apply our signature patterns to packaging and related promotional tools, as well as graphics such as posters and booklets.
In addition to original total designs initiated by ASENDADA, we also collaborate with project designers, providing pattern and graphic design proposals through to full production.

Products & Editions
ASENDADA develops original products—such as textiles, cushions, fabrics, T-shirts, and posters—designed and produced to bring the brand’s vision closer to everyday life.
In addition, through limited editions, we explore new forms of expression with products that emphasize artistry and exclusivity.
We value the entire process from concept to production, and also respond to external commissions by providing and supervising pattern designs that are applied to products.

壁画の制作方法や施工について教えてください。
壁画の制作方法は、直描き（ペイント仕上げ）やシート出力をはじめ、内容に応じてさまざまな表現方法に対応しています。現在は信頼できる協力会社と連携し、ペイントも高品質に仕上げています。シート出力の場合は、弊社のパートナー、またはクライアント側の協力会社での施工も可能です。これらに加え、他にも多様な技法や素材による表現方法をご提案できますので、プロジェクトに合わせて最適な方法を一緒に検討いたします。
海外からの依頼にも対応していますか？
ご相談内容に応じて、海外窓口より対応させていただきます。
Can I consult with you during the planning stage?
We are happy to discuss projects that are not yet finalized or are still in the proposal stage. Please feel free to contact us even at the stage of idea development or concept design.
Is it possible to request only artwork?
We also accept commissions for artwork or graphic design only.
Our work can range from entire spatial compositions to specific elements or product applications.
In addition to ASENDADA-led projects, we collaborate flexibly with external designers and art directors.
When an artwork is to be installed in a space, we plan the project with careful attention to overall harmony, including direction if required.
If the presentation of the artwork has already been defined, we can adjust our approach accordingly.
Can designs from your archive be reused or adapted?
Archived designs can be adapted through resizing, color adjustments, and other refinements to suit specific purposes or concepts.
We value the essence of the original work while tailoring it to the most suitable format for your chosen medium.
Can you handle production and delivery?
We provide design-to-production support tailored to each project’s needs.
From small-lot orders to one-of-a-kind pieces, we work closely with clients to find the most suitable approach for each scale and condition.
Our past works include a wide range of creations—such as lighting shades, packaging, rugs, cushions, panels, wallpapers, bags, pouches, uniforms, T-shirts, bandanas, mittens, and various printed materials.
Is it possible to consult for only part of a space or a single wall?
Yes, we can also respond flexibly to consultations for a portion of a space or a single wall, not just an entire environment. We will propose the most suitable expression and approach based on your objectives and needs.
What methods are available for creating and installing murals?
We offer a variety of methods for creating murals, including direct painting, printed sheets, and many other approaches depending on the project. In collaboration with trusted partners, we ensure high-quality finishes for painted works. For sheet applications, installation can be handled either by our partners or by the client’s contractors. In addition, a wide range of other techniques and materials can also be proposed, allowing us to select the most suitable method together with you based on the project’s requirements.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes, depending on the project, we can respond through our overseas contact office.
